Mater Filius of the United States is a Lay Association of the Faithful dedicated to supporting women who find themselves pregnant and without the support and resources they need. Mater Filius Branches throughout the United States offer loving support and a variety of services to equip women to be devoted mothers, build confidence and skills, and meet their material needs.

Meet Jim and Julie Mainelli
Jim and Julie Mainelli were instrumental in helping to bring Mater Filius to the United States in April of 2012, with the first location physically opening in January of 2014. They served as Directors for Nebraska 2012-2021 and are currently the National Directors for Mater Filius US. The Nebraska team has facilitated the opening of Branches in Miami, Cincinnati, Colorado Springs, and our newest location Milwaukee, in our mission of Defending Life with Love!™
